- Women In Business
- mission-statement: To advocate equality for women in the workplace through awareness, activism, education and empowerment.

- Serve as mentors for young Hispanic girls with low economic backgrounds in our El Paso community to help empower them to develop aspirations for their future (in collaboration with CEO of Latinitas Magazine and Alicia Rascon).
- Participate in Spooktacular, as is a tradition of the association.
- Participate in Making Strides, an effort by the American Cancer Society to raise awareness and funds to fight breast cancer.
